Y. ; served as lieutenant colonel in the medical corps of the U. S. Army during World War I, in charge of the department of otolaryngology at the General Hospital, number 14, at Fort Oglethorpe, Ga., and director of the school of laryngology at Camp Greenleaf, Ga. ; aged 77; died, March 14, in the Veterans Administration Facility, Northport, N. Y.
