O. O. HAMMILL, Secretary and Treasurer of the Douglas Drug Co., is also a native of Canada, having been born in Ontario in 1870, and like his partner, was educated in the common schools, College of Pharmacy and University of Toronto. He then went to Illinois, became a registered druggist in the state, and secured a position as manager of a large drug store in Chicago. Here he remained for several years, and in 1901 came to Douglas, where he opened the store for the Braum-Ferguson Co., which he later, in connection with Dr. Huxtable, purchased. He is a member of the State Pharmacy Board. Source: Who's Who in Arizona. Volume I. 1913 (p. 434).
