Fourteen new members were enrolled and the following officers elected: president, T. B. Davis, Prescott; first vice-president, John Dennett, Congress; second vice-president, Albert E. Ealy, Kingman; secretary, Chas. H. Jones, Tempe; treasurer, H. W. Hiram, Tucson. Phoenix was selected as the next place of meeting.
