J Am Med Assoc, Feb 1895; XXIV: 294: The fourth annual session of the Arizona Medical Association convened at Phoenix, Ariz. February 6. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: President, Dr. P. G. Cotter; Vice-Presidents, Drs. Neil McIntyre, B. G. Fox and A. M. Givens ; Secretary, Dr. L. D. Dameron ; Treasurer, Dr. I. B. Hamilton ; Essayist, Dr. F. H. Willes. The next meeting will be held in Prescott, May 28, 1896.
J Am Med Assoc, Jun 1902; XXXVIII: 1664: Arizona Medical Association. -- The tenth annual meeting of this Association was held in Tucson, May 28 and 29, under the presidency of Dr. Hiram W. Fenner of that city. The following officers were elected: Dr. William Duffield, Phoenix, president; Drs. William V. Whitmore, Tucson, Arthur W. Olcott, Tucson, and Logan D. Dameron, Phoenix, vice-presidents; Dr. Charles H. Jones, Tempe, secretary, and Dr. William N. Bell, Wickenburg, treasurer. The Association will meet next year in Phoenix. It has adopted the rules and by-laws of the American Medical Association, making eligible to membership all regular physicians who do not classify themselves under creeds. The tendency in this Association is to unify the practice of medicine.
J Am Med Assoc, Jun 1903; XL: 1667: Arizona Medical Association. -- At the annual meeting held in Phoenix, May 27 and 28, Dr. Logan D. Dameron, Phoenix, was elected president, and Dr. John W. Ross, Phoenix, secretary. Tucson was selected as the place of meeting for 1904.

Miller, Phoenix, as its first president and Dr. L. D. Dameron, also of Phoenix, its first secretary. Central office headquarters is being maintained at 642 Security Building in Phoenix.
