Both a “James H. Bennett” and a “Paul H. Bennett” (both at the same Tucson address: 1541 N. Tucson Blvd.) listed in the ASDA 1956-1957 member directory (published in the June 1956 Arizona Dental Journal.) In addition, there is a “Paul W. Bennett” (at Tucson address: 2433 E Adams) listed.
