The following officers were elected: Dr. Thomas B. Davis, president; Dr. Will S. Smith, vice-president, and Dr. Clarence E. Yount, secretary-treasurer, all of Prescott; delegates to the Arizona Medical Association, Drs. J. W. Coleman, Jerome, and John S. Barrett, Prescott; and censors, Drs. Henry D. Thomason, U. S. Army, Whipple Barracks, James N. McCandless, Prescott, and John Dennett, Jr., Congress.

Barrett, Prescott; vice-president, Dr. Henry D. Thomason, U. S. Army, Whipple Barracks; secretary-treasurer, Dr. Clarence E. Yount, Prescott, and Drs. John W. Flinn and Samuel V. Fitzsimmons censors.

Barrett, M.D. Cooper Medical College, San Francisco, 1893; a member of the Arizona Medical Association and Yavapai County Medical Society; coroner's physician to the city and county of San Francisco in 1895 and 1896; died at his home in Prescott, Ariz., December 9, from rheumatism, after a long illness, aged 87.
