Joseph neyray Quiroga, ex-governor, Sues Luis Alvarez de Soto over the administration of the estate of capt. Domingo de la Apressa falcan. All three men are important people. Good information on family history. Good for inventory and prices. Also an excellent example of judicial procedure, as this case started out in San Joseph del Parral and is appealed to the Audiencia in Guadalajara. The decision of the ordores of the Audiencia is then sent back to San Joseph for implementation. (T. Barnes) (1976)
