Covers a variety of subjects including Ugarte's payment of Media anata, approval of New Mexico fair to include Navajoes, Utes and Comanches, recommendations for promotion of presidial officers, administracion de tobaccos, California missions, transfer of dragones to Sonoran presidios, criminals seeking religious sanctuary, list of number and sex of Indian prisoners of war, and status of comandant general since the death of the marques de Sonora.
