Diego Gonzalez de la Herran makes a claim against the estate of Juan de Sosa. The inventory of goods is an excellent one that contains much information on livestock prices (cattle, draft animals, horses, barnyard animals). The cabildo of San Phelipe el real petition the governor to do something about the scarcity of food stuffs and the resulting high prices of them, due to poor harvests. They claim they are being robbed by merchants from other areas. The governor orders prices down and then demands an inventory of grains from merchants and ranchers. Document incomplete.
