Summary
(continuation of same issue from preceding folios.) Addresses decision whether or not Provincias Internas officials are eligible for pension from Monte Pio de ministro; I.e. due to low salaries, asesor, secretaria, etc. Unable to meet demands of 'descuento' necessary to qualify for Monte Pio. Folios 129-137 provide history of issue, citing reales Ordenes, decretos, etc. Virrey decrees 3-21-1791 that officials to be officers Merino and Matamoros died prior to re-incorporation, should widows receive compensation? To which Monte Pio should officers holding posts of both military and real hacienda make 'descuentos'? also, what to do in case of death of Garrido y Duran, who received two year 'licencia' to visit Spain but is collecting half salary.
