Documents copied deal with military matters - acquisition of bear skins for military hats, voluntary contribution to support the army, and regulations on how to deal with army deserters; internal matters - means to deal with the Navajo who were in rebellion and a revolt in Nueva Santander; economics - the exemption of printing equipment from the sales tax; legal - actions to be taken against a subversive Author, and how to deal with debtors; and political - a list of deputies elected to national congress, a religious holiday to memorialize those who died in the independence wars, honors awarded to Iturbide, and the naming of Antonio Cordero as comandante general of the Provincias Internas.
