In view of a Comanache raid on the presidio of San Luis de las Amarrillas, the viceroy orders more arms be sent to San Antonio de Bexar, and other areas. In addition, more arms are to be manufactured, to be paid from the royal treasuries. New arms are to be distributed among citizenry as well as soldiers.
