Discusses royal order concerning improvement of relations with indios del Norte. Also concerns a war by de Meszieres with 1,000 Indian allies against Lipanes which was cancelled due to de Meszieres illness. Furthermore, Cabello talks of modification of Caballada system, the building of a stable in Bejar to house 400-500 horses, and of growing corn, barley and other food crops to sustain the animals. (R.
