Summary
The suit revolves around questionable actions done by Rodriguez while in the post of regido de cano in San Fernando. Mederos was relived of his post as a result of his actions. While mainly legal, there is scant references to trade within the region, law regarding the bearing of arms, and another suit against a scandalous priest. Rodriguez had abused his authority on several occasions. (M. Bowman) (1980)
