Successful suit filed against Antonio de Orantes Miner from San Francisco de Asis Rio Chico, Ostimuri, by general Andres Baca Guarardo, from Durango, for non-payment of debt of 4717 pesos 7 tomines. Orantes can't pay in cash, so his property is inventoried and assessed. Good inventory, including livestock, mines, buildings, tools, mulatta slave, age not given, worth 400 pesos, and her mulatilla daughter, age 9 worth 250 pesos.
