Summary
The Seris have killed 9 soldiers, and are taking over more land each day. The military is hampered in attacking them at Cerro Prieto due to an epidemic of smallpox. Och has fled from Baseraca to Opotu, and the latter Pueblo now contains more than 70 people. (R. Perez) (1977)

Lists the priests of the Pimeria and the missions in which they are located. Discusses the proposed settlement of Sobaipuris near Tucson, recommending that they be sent back to their original homeland, and that the area near Tucson be settled with Papagos. Also, recommends that the presidio of Terrenate be moved to the Valley of the Sobaipuris in order to close this Door to the Apaches. (R. Perez) (1977)

Describes how the silver was divided, and how one third was transported to the Jesuit 'procuraduria' in Mexico. He discusses the location of a group of Sobaipuris (in Tucson), noting that they should be returned to the Valley of the Sobaipuris and the presidio Tubac moved there in order to close the door against the Apaches.
