Milan had been named interventor of Rentas in los Alamos (ff. 117). Nava released him from the position in February,1800. Ff.124 and 128 list candidates considered to replace him as interventor de los Alamos. Ff.135 indicates that Martinez de Villagua receives the job. Then, ff.137 indicates that Alfaro is named for that job as well as the same job in Aprobacion. Martinez de Villagua is named oficial segundo in Acapulco (ff.139). Ff.140 clarifies that situation. Ff.144 indicates that Ortiz was once interventor of Rentas in los Alamos. (S. Langmack October 1989)
