Pedro Atensio Lopez, Pedro Lopez and Joseph Gonzalez are arrested for assaulting Nicolas de Chavez, who seems to have provoked the attack over issue of his cattle ruining cornfields of the Lopez brothers. Governor finds all parties at fault. Fines each sixty pesos and orders Pedro Atensio Lopez, Pedro Lopez and Joseph Gonzalez to participate at own expense in any future campaign against the Indians.
